I am a well traveled chef with 16 years of experience and have worked in 4 countries at some of the top restaurants and catering companies. I am originally from Canada where I completed my culinary education and apprenticeship before moving to Australia to expand my skills. I have since lived in London and now based in Dubai hoping to showcase all the things I've picked up over the years and learn more.
