Get to know me better

Profesional chef with over thirty years experience in high end restaurants, hotels and catering operations.

Have been working in and managing professional kitchens for 35 years. I have served as executive chef or sous chef in such esteemed places as ,Langdon Hall in Cambridge Ontario, The mansion on Turtle Creek , Dallas Tx and the White Hall and Tremont Hotels in Chicago. I have also worked in a number of high end restaurants including Le Perroquet

and Les Nomads in Chicago and Jump and Sequoia Grove In Toronto .I have an eclectic style base on classic French technique and incorporating Asian and Latin American fusion elements where appropriate. Also taught at George Browne College in Toronto. Owned and operated Sweet Smoke Barbecue and Grill for six years.
