As a teenager growing up my first job was in a restaurant and I never really got out of the business other then a 1 year stint a the bank in order to improve my customer service skills. From working at over 12 different restaurant and different styles of cuisine, taking the good and leaving out the bad I managed to mold myself into the Chef I am today. Putting care, time and 100% effort is what food deserves and the people that eat it.

Première fois que j'utilisais ce service et on a tous très apprécier ! Très bon service , à l'heure comme prévue , le menu étais parfais , les quantité parfaite aussi . Je recommande chef mike à tous .

J'espérais avoir un contact facile, de la bonne nourriture et un chef plaisant. Mais vraiment, je dois dire que Mike a été au-dessus de mes espérances sur tous les niveaux. C'est un professionnel hors pair qui a su nous mettre à l'aise dès le départ, savait quand participer et quand se retirer, nous a cuisiné des repas comme je n'en ai jamais mangé, a coché toutes les cases niveaux préférences alimentaires, est super intéressant côté conversation : un gros WOW. Nous n'étions que 3, mon épouse mon garçon et moi, et nous garderons tous un excellent souvenir de cette expérience. Chaque dollar investi en valait le coût. Merci Mike, nous nous reverrons à coup sûr. 10/10

Our experience with Mike was truly memorable. I booked a dinner for my husband's 35th birthday at a cottage, and although he had a hard time finding it, we loved having him cook for us. The quality of the food was excellent, everything tasted amazing and he even changed the menu for one of my friend that was intolerant to scallops. We had a lot of leftovers, too ! We even decided to book him for our Christmas dinner, we were so happy he still had one opening. Thanks again Mike for everything, and see you soon!

Chef Mike was simply perfect! It was for a 2 person Valentine’s day diner. Very warm and made us feel comfortable from start to end. We were very impressed with the quality of the meal and the presentation was perfect. Better than going to the restaurant! We will definitely keep in touch for further events.

Awesome doesn't fully capture the true experience with Chef Mike. Honestly some of the best tasting food I've had. My entire group which included a personal chef were thoroughly impressed with the superb taste, quality, and presentation of the food. Chef Mike was engaging, polite, punctual, and professionally apart of our dining experience. The only downside to this entire experience would be we couldn't bring him back to the United States with us. Highly recommend his services and his gifts of food taste and presentation.
