Hi! My name is Danielle. I have completed a three year culinary apprenticeship program while working at The Banff Springs Hotel and obtained my red seal. I have worked in many different places across Canada and the UK. I spent five years living in Edinburgh while learning valuable knowledge through the kitchens I cooked in. I’m very passionate about connecting with people through food!

I had the pleasure of using Danielle for my 40th birthday party with my family. Not only was she extremely communicative during the whole planning process and provided me with so many different options for the dishes, she was extremely warm and approachable when she arrived and the food was absolutely amazing. Her handmade pasta might be some of the best pasta I’ve ever had in my entire life. The whole experience was beautiful, and Daniel is a clear professional in the culinary world. I will be using her again.!!

I got to work with Dani Sullivan. I wont leave a long review but an honest one. She is amazing, would use her again, and highly reccomend her Chicken Parm to anyone who loves that dish. She was understanding, and patient with our requests. Absolutely enjoyed the experience and would do again. Thanks Dani!

Such a wonderful experience. Having the private chef take care of the groceries, cooking and cleanup allowed us to focus on our evening! I can't wait to book again :)
