A Cook with a love for BBQ and anything out doors. Graduated NSCC Akerly Campus in 2010 and spent my working career in hospitals and Nursing homes throughout the HRM. Currently I'm a full time student in welding on summer break. I plan to graduate and continue with cooking and make my own offset smokers and live fire cooking set ups. I'm comfortable with many cuisines and can pivot and problem solve for seamlessly. I'm looking to take my skills to you at your camp or cottage or anywhere at all you need catering, I bring all my own equipment and can travel any backroad necessary to get to your special event.
