I am looking forward to sharing my knowledge about food to people
I have been working in the culinary world for over six years, building experience across a variety of cuisines including Vietnamese, Italian, Spanish, and more. My journey has taken me back to my home country to further develop and express my own cuisine, as well as to Thailand, a country whose vibrant food culture deeply inspired me and allowed me to learn a great deal about bold flavors, balance, and technique.
I am currently in Canada, where I continue to strengthen my culinary skills through formal schooling and hands-on experience in restaurants and hotels. I am passionate about continuous learning and growth, always seeking new techniques and perspectives to refine my craft.
My long-term goal is to open my own restaurant after completing this culinary journey. For now, I focus on creating thoughtful, flavorful dishes that reflect my diverse background and dedication to the art of cooking.
