I am a professional Italian executive chef with well over 20 years of experience. I’ve travelled the globe cooking in resorts, I worked at Epcot Center at Disney Land. Michelin star restaurants and did a lot of wedding banquets in Italy. I opened a coffee shop with my wife for 3 years. I’ve catered many places.
