Briefly, I began working in the culinary industry ten years ago when I worked part time while in college, working for a local restaurant in Paris.
It was here that I was introduced to my love for food and creating unique and tasty menus.
Once graduated, I gained valuable experience of working as a cook by using my culinary skills at different restaurants.
