With experience in some of the world’s leading restaurants, I craft modern, globally inspired cuisine using traditional French techniques and the finest seasonal ingredients, offering a refined, restaurant-quality dining experience in the comfort of your home.

That being said, my favourite food to cook is instant noodles.
