I’m Michael, co-founder of Fratelli Broccolo, a catering business I run with my brother Amedeo in Ontario’s Niagara region. We bring Italian flavours and hospitality to private dinners, weddings, and special celebrations.
Our food ranges from antipasti and seasonal salads to wood-fired pizza and desserts, with menus tailored to each occasion and our guests’ preferences.
My approach centres on carefully chosen ingredients, balanced flavours, and thoughtful preparation. I want every meal to feel personal and generous, giving guests the chance to relax, connect, and enjoy good food together.
