I am very Passionate about cooking, infusing my Caribbean heritage with my culinary prowess.
I have been cooking since I was seventeen years old. worked in over five hotels and cruise ships in 3 different countries. through my travels i have learned how to appreciate other cultures and have also experienced different ethnic cuisine which have helped to shape my knowledge and experience in providing the best. I am also trained in mixology, restaurant management and function planning and organizing.

I learned to cook from my grandmother at an early age on a farm in Jamaica where everything we ate was grown and reared at home.

My secret is my spices. I mix my own spices, make my own sauces and marinades which in turn makes my dishes truly one of a kind.
