Get to know me better
I'm a Kelowna-based chef who enjoys working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and creating simple, well-executed food.
I'm originally from Ukraine and have been working as a professional chef for over 10 years.
My career has taken me through different kitchens, from Dubai to Whistler and the Okanagan Valley. Along the way, I've worked in a variety of restaurants and held positions as Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine.
In Canada, I've had the opportunity to work at Araxi and Bar Oso in Whistler, Ex Nihilo Vineyards in Lake Country, and Predator Ridge Resort in Vernon.
I enjoy working with seasonal ingredients, trying different cooking techniques, and putting together menus that make sense for the occasion.
After years of working in restaurant kitchens, I'm looking forward to bringing that experience into people's homes. Whether it's a dinner with friends or regular meal preparation for a family, my approach is the same: good ingredients, proper cooking, and food that people genuinely enjoy eating.
