Culinary activist, changing people's lives one mouthful at a time.
My goal in my career as a chef is to become a pioneer in the future of food as a master in vegan cuisine. I began my professional training at worlds premier plant-based culinary academy Plantlab, where I studied in culinary nutrition and raw cuisine. My mother opened the first vegan restaurant in the Maritimes to have made its mark, and my father specializes in growing superb micro greens and permaculture gardens. The wealth of knowledge from my upbringing and training molds my unique style.
