Methodical and calm, brings a great culinary experience
For me, cooking started at home. Observing my family members put so much love, care and effort into cooking sparked an interest in me. From then, and as I started my travels I began volunteering at farms, being involved in all aspects of food. I learn to cook for big groups of people and got to experiment lots. I knew now, I wanted to start a professional culinary journey. I started off at a gluten-free bakery, then to a small local restaurant led by my sister, to an ecological farm and finally to a remote floating lodge where I really solidified the chef in me.
