I express my creativity through cooking. My goal is to make people happy, leaving them in the moment.

Being a culinary artist is more than just fancy plating, it is ensuring that the taste along with visual appeal goes hand in hand. Telling the full story of what's been presented. Growing up in an extended family where everyone was cooking, it became a norm for me, watching my mom, dad and grandma cook great food.

It dawn on me in high school when i did my culinary practical presentation. All that food and baked goods that i did, was all gone once the food was presented on the table.

I pursued culinary training with the culinary institue of america (CIA), whilst i was working as runner with the hotel industry. With great detetmination and good work ethics i worked my way up the ranks and gained leadership positions quickly.

Now with over a decade of experience, combined with culinary training in gourmet italian, japanese and caribbean cuisine. I have wide range of cooking skill and different flavour profile for people to enjoy.
