Top-chef and Iron chef trained to provide you with a worldly experience right in the comfort of your own home.

Since childhood, I have always had a love for food. (My looks certainly show it!) Spent my professional career working up the ranks of various Chicago and Northwest Indiana kitchens. Starting as a busboy in a pizza place, to a French bistro, to an American gastropub, and finally as a sous-chef for Top-chef and Iron-Chef Stephanie Izard. She has been a mentor to me these last six years. With her I was able to study pastry, bread making, and heavily Asian-inspired cuisine with exotic ingredients. Being her sous-chef for all these years has lead me to all the area food has to offer. I hope to be able to bring that to you.
