Chef At Home in Yucaipa

I grew up in Southeast Asia, in Vietnam, and moved to Korea when I was young. I lived there for a long time before moving to the United States in the 1980s.

Growing up surrounded by different cultures allowed me to learn and appreciate a wide variety of cuisines. I developed my culinary skills by working with major hotels, country clubs, events, and catering companies. Through these experiences, I was able to master my cooking techniques, flavors, and presentation style.

I look forward to cooking for people who enjoy original and unique fusion cuisine with diverse cultural influences.
