I speak of myself as a confident, meticulous and a dedicated Chef. My passion and experience shows through my food. The value is quality and worthy!

I didn’t start in culinary as a young adult. I began in the healthcare. But I grew up in the culinary industry. My father had a catering business and of course I was told I had to help.LOL! But as I became an adult and mother, I discovered cooking food was a love. So I am self taught but classically trained. I have worked at a Historical Hotel, a few Catering Companies, and a well known restaurant. When I have available time I also volunteer and contract with various entities.
