Fueled by her love for creating harmonious culinary masterpieces, Chef Cassandra pursued her passion further, studying business in college, and eventually establishing her own venture. Now, she takes center stage in her kitchen, where every ingredient comes together like a beautiful melody.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are Chef Cassandra's favorite holidays, where she enjoys adding her creative twist to traditional holiday foods like turkey, baked macaroni and cheese, and her Tiktok-famous Parmesan Smashed Potatoes.

We absolutely loved booking with her! The food and presentation was absolutely amazing! She was such a kindhearted person and you can tell she is passionate about cooking and preparing wonderful meals for people. We did the brunch and as French toast lovers, you definitely don’t want to miss out! Looking forward to booking again the next time we visit Florida!

if you want properly seasoned food on schedule, Chef Cassandra is your go to. for one she is very communicative. She let me know when she was on her way and showed up early. she presented each meal to us with a brief explanation. everything amazing. she cleaned up everything and had the place appearing as if she had never been there. she's also super funny and personable. I will definitely book her again!!!

So good we booked it TWICE – Superior Service and Quality We had the pleasure of being able to book Take A Chef twice. Cassandra has created menus of distinction in quality and value. This is more than merely having someone come cook for you. It’s an interactive experience around food and culture. She shares a part of herself via her food and it is clearly above all other dining experiences. So book her for your meals, events, cookouts, dinner dates, and vacations. The experiences are unique to the food/menu being prepared and her professionalism is unparalleled. You will not regret this experience it is a true value.

Cassandra is now family – 5 STAR SERVICE ACROSS THE BOARD! Everyone must run not walk to have to Take A Chef at their next meal. The quality of the dining experience is second to none. I have had other private chefs and this was superior in so many ways. She comes to your home or BNB and gives you/your family/friends the experience of a lifetime in a few hours of FUN. Cassandra is a professional at the top of her craft and I will not vacation again without booking her for every meal. Nothing beats this experience! We had the brunch, and EVERYTHING was mouthwatering. My personal favorite was the Chicken and French toast. I am ruined for other Chefs and the bar has officially been moved into the stratosphere.

What an amazing experience! From the time we got there to the time we left, Chef Cassandra really made us feel comfortable and kept us well fed! Everything was executed very well and far exceeded my expectations. Every single meal was so delicious and presented perfectly. It felt as if we were in a 5 star restaurant, yet we never left the house! The surf and turf (lobster tail and ribeye steak) was my personal favorite but the lamb chops and creamy garlic salmon deserve a mention as well! My friend who came from Maryland said that Chef Cassandra made the best crab cakes she ever had! The service and quality of everything was just above and beyond. A lot of people do things just for money, but you can tell Chef Cassandra really has joy and takes pride in what she does and the food she makes. I definitely know who I am booking anytime I am back in the area. So what are you waiting for?? Go ahead and book her!! Your stomach (and wallet) will thank you!!!

WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! I was beyond pleased from beginning to end. Let’s start off with how punctual Chef Doxa was. She arrived before the time and was prepped with everything she needed and then some. I am OCD so I’m very big on cleanliness and she exemplified that. She is constantly washing her hands, changing her gloves and if needed she is more than willing to wear a mask. The food is absolutely AMAZING! Reminds me of good home style cooking. From her salmon, to the lamb to the skewers! You name it chef Doxa will always deliver. Her presentation of the food and drinks were immaculate! You let her know what decor ideas you have and she will definitely accommodate to make sure you are satisfied. I would book Chef Doxa for whatever event I needed. Overall, I am a happy client and pleased!

Cannot say enough great things about the Chef Cassandra! From the exquisite taste to the array of options. She was very professional, welcoming, and accommodating. The food presentation was great and tasted even better. If you are looking for a personal chef in Central Florida for your event or vacation, you should book her.
