Fueled by her love for creating harmonious culinary masterpieces, Chef Cassandra pursued her passion further, studying business in college, and eventually establishing her own venture. Now, she takes center stage in her kitchen, where every ingredient comes together like a beautiful melody.

Chef Cassandra Doxa was absolutely amazing! Her friendliness and warmth made the experience unforgettable, and her food? Simply out of this world! She arrived right on time and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Overall, my experience was nothing short of a spectacular 1000! I can't recommend her enough!

Cassandra and her assistant were amazing! They arrived promptly and got right to work on our brunch. The shrimp and grits were the stand out of the meal but everything was cooked to perfection. We would definitely recommend Cassandra for your next event.

Chef Cassandra was GREAT! She and her assistant were on time and prepared to get everything rolling for 12 ppl. Her response time to all my questions, changes and emails was very prompt. The food and decor were excellent. They both were very pleasant and I loved that they cleaned up EVERYTHING after brunch. If I’m in Orlando with a large group again I am going to have down book her!!

We had a wonderful brunch from Chef Cassandra!!! The brioche French toast was so delicious. She was super organized and cleaned up the entire kitchen. It was a treat for us to be able to relax and be fed. Chef Cassandra was so nice. She also makes a fantastic shrimp and grits. Thank you so much Chef Cassandra! We ❤️your food!

Chef Cassandra was so nice, professional, and most importantly personable! Myself and my coworker came to Orlando to just relax. We wanted a chef for brunch, and are so glad we stumbled across Chef Cassandra! While she does have her own menus, we were able to create our own. She knocked it out the park for sure! Salmon ⭐️ waffles ⭐️ potatoes ⭐️ and sooo much more! I’m definitely booking her again when I come to town!

This was the best tasting food. Definitely worth the price and the experience. Plenty of food for 8 adults. Definitely booking again when we come back to Florida.

Wow, where do I begin? Chef Cassandra is truly an angel on earth. I found her through Airbnb Experiences and thought her services would be perfect for my bachelorette trip. We booked her brunch menu, and from the first bite, we were absolutely in love! One of the girls even joked about wishing she had two stomachs because we didn't want to stop eating. Everything was cooked and seasoned to absolute perfection. I’ll be dreaming of this meal until I have it again. But it wasn't just the food that blew us away. Chef Cassandra went above and beyond, from the stunning presentation to the personal touches that perfectly fit our Bad Bunny brunch theme. This experience was one of the best parts of our trip. It was an honor to meet you, Chef. We can't wait to book with you again!

We are so thankful for the amazing experience with Chef Cassandra and her assistant Tina. The gourmet brunch last week was so much fun. The French toast , fried chicken and red velvet waffles from scratch were to die for. We wanted to book you for the next day. The grits and shrimp melted in our mouths. Everything was prepared just perfect and on time. We appreciated all your smiles and laughter; that made everything so enjoyable. The presentation was a 10+ and your team was very professional throughout the entire stay. All of the kitchen items you used were cleaned and put away. We definitely will be booking you again. ????????????????

Amazing experience. Chef Cassandra and her assistant were so professional and friendly. We let them in at 8am and I was still passed out. Woke up smelling delicious food. This was for my…29th birthday and it was so worth it. We are absolutely reserving her agajn next time we’re in town.

My grand daughter and my oldest son had never had shrimp and grits they are still talking about how they didn’t think they would like it. The food had great taste and presentation they made it special with the fruit tray.
