I believe that good, flavourful cooking should be accessible to everyone, and I'm passionate about sharing my flavors with the world!
I am a self taught Chef, currently the Owner/Chef at Rise and Swine food truck. After spending many years in the corporate restaurant world, I decided to branch out on my own, and start making something I could truly be proud of. My dishes were immediately met with great praise for my unique style of cooking and blending inspirations together to create truly one of a kind dishes. I love all world cuisines amd believe they all deserve to be tasted and appreciated, but I draw the bulk of my inspiration from Asian culture, from the deep earthy spice of Korean food, to the bright, herbal punch of Thai/Laotian, and everywhere in between!
