I am a professional chef with over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry. I have worked in several Michelin-starred restaurants and 5-star, 6-diamond hotels, including The St. Regis and Mandarin Oriental, gaining extensive experience in high-end hospitality environments.
I have had the privilege of working under renowned chefs such as Thomas Keller at The French Laundry, Wolfgang Puck at Spago, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten.
