My name is Daniel East and I am from Jamaica . I am a professional chef with over 25 years of experience. Througout my 25 years in this field, I have worked in various countries such as: Micilen Star restarants in Italy, Luxurious Hotels in Jamaica as well as working with Royal Caribben cruise line for over 20 years. I worked as the companys Executive Chef for various ships in the fleet, overseeing and preparing world class dishes from small groups to 3000+ people. With this experience, I have met and experinced various cultures and people. I am very passionate about what I do on a daily basis. Whenever I cook, I do it from my heart, a place of love, appealing to various senses. My cooking brings warmth and love to those who I cook for. I love cooking and my main goal is to always go the extra mile for my customers. I have expertises in both caribbean and international cuisine, I love to combine multiple cuisines in the most delicious ways possible.
