A private chef that looks for new inspiration everywhere and continues to explore the culinary world as well as share my love of food.

I am a private chef based in Los Angeles, California, with strong culinary roots shaped by my upbringing in Rhode Island. Growing up in the Northeast deeply influenced my approach to food, instilling in me a respect for seasonal ingredients, coastal flavors, and classic techniques that continue to inspire my cooking today.

For much of my career, I have worked as a chef on luxury yacht charters, where precision, adaptability, and creativity are essential. Cooking at sea refined my ability to design diverse, personalized menus while maintaining the highest standards in fast-paced and ever-changing environments. This experience strengthened not only my technical skills but also my understanding of hospitality at its most intimate level.

Over the past seven years as a private chef, I have expanded my services beyond yacht charters to include in-home private dinners, bespoke event catering, and couples cooking classes. Whether preparing an elegant multi-course tasting menu or guiding clients through a hands-on culinary experience, my goal is always to create food that feels thoughtful, memorable, and tailored to each guest.

My cuisine reflects a balance between my Northeast heritage and the vibrant, ingredient-driven culture of California, resulting in dishes that are refined, flavorful, and deeply personal.
