I have been a chef for over 20 years now with experience in restaurants and hotels. I grew up in northern Idaho and when to Washington State university hotel and restaurant program and a minor in the Spanish language. From there i started my culinary journey at PF Changs China Bistro and never looked back. Experience in multiple cuisines from Asian and Mexican to classic French. Also love sushi and sashimi! Traveled the world working in Australia and the Bahamas. Just passionate about quality ingredients and great food! I worked at many high end restaurants in my career. Tao Las Vegas was my biggest accomplishment! Also worked with celebrity chef Martin Yan for many years openings restaurants! I have three kids growing up fast and really enjoy time with them!
