I’m a classically trained chef working in Greater New York.
For the past 18 years I have worked with a wide range of culinary dynamics. From Michelin star kitchens, experimental projects, small family businesses, hotels, pop-up dinner parties, casual dining and everything in between.
I've joined this platform with the goal of providing guests with delicious food in all its authenticity and create memories. Personally, I enjoy cooking very traditional dishes in their true essence but also love exploring more modern and experimental dishes.
