I am a very determined individual that does research and works hard.

I am a personal Chef who has worked in restaurants, country clubs, and resorts since 1996. I have worked all around the country with very talented Chefs and now love cooking as a personal Chef. I get to cook the food the customer wants in an environment like home. We offer dinner parties, BBQ's, brunch, weekly meals, cooking lessons, and much more.

We loved the menu options Chef Jacob provided in his proposal and the price. Unfortunately, Chef Jacob was sick on Saturday morning and was not able to cook for our group. But, he arranged for 2 partner chefs to make us our dinner. They had to travel from far and were a bit late. However, when they arrived, they were incredibly friendly and ready to make us dinner. They quickly put together our appetizer, which was fantastic (fresh baked bread). Then the burrata and tomato salad was incredibly beautiful and extremely delicious. Both of these dishes they brought to us in a Yurt down a dark hill, which was above and beyond. Then, we had our main courses with the sides - everything was outstanding. All 8 of the guests wow-ed at everything they ate. The potato gratin was a complete standout - we fought about the leftovers. It was such a generous portion of food, we got quite a few snackings from it after the dinner. Communication could have been a little better, but ultimately we were very very satisfied.
