Professional Chef hailing from a small town in Alabama. At 18, I embarked on a 21-year journey in the Navy, specializing in Operations. However, my true passion has always been food. Throughout my military career, I traveled the world, exploring diverse cuisines and flavors. Inspired by those experiences, I crafted my own unique style of BBQ, blending global influences with Southern roots. Cooking allows me to bring joy to others, sharing my well-traveled BBQ with those ready to savor bold, flavorful creations.
