I am a professional chef with over 20 years experience in mainly fine dining settings. I am originally from Savannah Georgia, and honed my skills in Atlanta, Georgia. I have been a Colorado resident and chef since 2009, and in that time have led some of the top front range restaurant kitchens. I now run my own popup dinners and private chef service with a focus on true Colorado Cuisine, utilizing the multitude of fantastic products this region has to offer. I specialize in anything from a casual lunch/brunch drop off meal to a 5 course tasting menu. Beginning in 2020 I became a private chef and now work full time for an adventure lodge business in Oregon as well as Alaska. In my off time I enjoy mountain sports as well as throwing dinner parties.
