I am a professional chef with almost 40 years of experience in the, working in different areas of the kitchen, went to culinary art school for almost 9 years, working for JW Marriott Hotel and open different kind of restaurant in Naples, Marco Island and miami,

I was born in a kitchen my parents they had an international restaurant in Peru, I am very talent and responsable

Right now, i have a position of Culinary Director in a good corporate, I would like to cook at home for costumer they love to eat and taste my food and season

I do Italian Cuisine, Middle east Mediterranean cuisine, Peruvian, etc.
