I am passionate about cooking I love to gather the best ingredients and bring a special meal to my guests

I am a professional chef with 20 years of experience. I trained in Italy and worked with Wolfgang Puck for 9 years before venturing out in my own .

I designed, built and ran my own restaurants in San Francisco for over 10 years Globe, Zuppa, Hecho and Tres Agaves

I also have a James Beard Award “Rising Star of American Cuisine”
