Classically trained. Comfortable with family style to Michelin plating having worked in the USA, UK , Europe, Carribean and Bahamas on private and charter yachts as well as private households. YaDa Chef won top 10 personal chef and catering consecutively for 10 years until the category was no longer voted on. We are happy to customize menus for all occasions and all dietary restrictions, including dairy, gluten, nut and soy free as well as kosher.
