I am a personal chef with over 10 years of experience. I started my culinary journey as a line cook and I am currently the owner/Executive Chef of Quicks Catering and Boujee Soul Food Truck. I have experience with many different types of cuisine, techniques, and walks of life. I have gained a lot of knowledge with culinary skills by working with a lot of great chefs.
