My name is Maria, and I have been passionately cooking for the past six years. During this time, I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of restaurants and catering companies, refining my technique and gaining a deep understanding of different cuisines and service styles.
I began my journey in hospitality as a waiter, and through dedication and hard work, progressed to kitchen helper, sous chef, and event chef roles. Each step shaped my perspective and strengthened my commitment to creating beautiful, flavorful dishes that leave a lasting impression.
I specialize in European cuisine, with a special connection to Ukrainian dishes. The rich traditions and bold flavors of Ukrainian cooking are close to my heart, and I love bringing those elements into my menus.
