My food service is a journey through the finest cuisines in the world
My name is Markell and I'm a Chef. My journey into culinary started with Italian maestro Mirko Zago. First I worked for free in the nights. But I learned. And most imporantly I learned that I love to cook. Particularly I became fond of Italian cuisine.
It was only a begining. Then I moved to LA. Here I gained an extensive experience in different restaurants cooking Mexican, American, French, Mediterranean and Russian food as well as Italian. I fed more then 70 guests at once without any help.
For this all I owe to my dear wife Ronel who always supported and inspired me and actually helps a lot with cooking. That's why we are M&Ro Kitchen. Please be our guests.
