The sea bass was perfectly cooked—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The prosciutto-wrapped dates were a huge hit and disappeared quickly, and the blood orange crème brûlée was an incredible dessert to finish the evening. Every dish was executed with great care and tasted amazing. On top of the incredible food, Chef Melissa left the kitchen spotless, which we really appreciated. The entire experience was seamless, delicious, and stress-free. I would highly recommend her and would gladly book her again for future events.

Melissa catered a dinner for us at our rental, and it was truly a highlight of our trip. The menu was creative and beautifully executed, showcasing fresh, local ingredients - including eggs from her own hens. Beyond the food, we really enjoyed engaging with Melissa. Melissa and her sous chef were incredible! The food was delicious, prepared with great artistry and attention to every detail was evident in all five courses. My two guests and I really appreciated the entire experience. The kitchen was cleaned to perfection before they left the house, a tremendous bonus!

I recently hired Chef Melissa through Take a Chef for Thanksgiving dinner, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. From the start, she was collaborative and flexible, working with me to create a holiday plan that fit our needs. The meal itself was absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and every detail was handled flawlessly. Serving and cleanup were completely taken care of, so I didn’t have to do a thing. Chef Melissa’s professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail made our holiday stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a private chef!
