Chef Mike Fanous is a Southern CA native culinary Angeleno artist. His spark for creative international cooking was inspired by his interest in various cultures nourished by his own Mediterranean upbringing in the sprawling ethnic metropolitan mecca known as Los Angeles. Chef Fanous fuses together Eastern & Western recipes passed on through generations to create his own modern 'Inter-Fusion' dishes.

Mike was amazing food was fantastic presentation above and beyond. So much food there were 4 of us we had enough food for probably 10 of us. I have to say leftovers the next day we're just as fantastic.

The food was amazing, and the portions were huge!

Chef Mike was amazing! He went above and beyond to make our New Year's Eve celebration memorable and delicious! Portion sizes enabled our large party to fill up on the 5 star quality menu with enough leftovers to enjoy the next day. HANDS DOWN best experience ever. Will be re-booking again next year.
