Chef Nicole provided an exceptional dining experience for my husband and me. Every course was a highlight—from the baked burrata with crostini and fried ravioli to the arugula and wedge Caesar salad. The Chicken Milanese and risotto were prepared to perfection, and the cognac chocolate mousse paired with a lovely port she provided was the ultimate finishing touch. Even more impressive was Nicole’s ability to deliver high-quality, abundant food while working with the limited space and electric stove of our Airbnb. We enjoyed a full second dinner from the leftovers the following evening, and she left the kitchen completely spotless. I highly recommend Chef Nicole for anyone seeking a top-tier private chef.
