I am an Italian chef originally from Sicily, now based in Palm Beach. My cooking is rooted in simple, authentic Italian cuisine, focusing on fresh ingredients and traditional flavors.
I specialize in homemade pasta, classic Italian dishes, and Sicilian recipes prepared with care and respect for tradition. My style is simple, clean, and full of flavor — just like real Italian cooking.
I currently work at The Breakers Palm Beach, where I continue to develop my skills in a high-level kitchen environment.
I offer private dining experiences at home, taking care of everything from menu planning to cooking and cleaning, so guests can relax and enjoy a true Italian experience.
Please note: English is my second language. I speak and understand basic English, but I may not fully understand very complex conversations. I always do my best to communicate clearly and provide excellent service.
