We are Sébastien and Florencia, a married couple of chefs. We both share the same passion of eating and embrace the whole experience around it, from creating a personalized menu with the customers, to shopping for the best produce, to cooking and plating.

Sébastien was born in New York and grew up in France in his parent’s restaurant before graduating from culinary school and moving back to the Big Apple, working in several kitchens around Brooklyn and Manhattan. He is currently the private chef for the Belgium Ambassador and the General Consul.

Florencia was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where she spent most of her life in the family’s “Rotiseria”, learning the best secrets of her grandmother's homemade food. She was the sous-chef at a Latin-American restaurant in Fort greene ,Brooklyn, for 4 years.

We have been doing private dinners for different embassies and private customers, corporate lunches and breakfasts for the past three years, when we started working together.

Flor and Seba delight you with a world of flavour and atmosphere for all the senses. Premium, but cosy, familiar and relaxed. My new go-to in NYC!

Thank you for an incredible experience. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. Including local, fresh products that we don't normally eat because we don't have the time or knowledge to prepare, we had a meal that respected our personal preferences and taste. We would not hesitate to do it again!

The food was delicious and Flor and Sebas are fun and friendly! What sets them apart from other private chefs is that they welcome you into the kitchen with them if you want to participate or learn some of their cooking techniques.

Our experience with Chef Sebastian was absolutely perfect. He was kind enough to take our very last minute booking (same day) and was super quick to message me to find out any extra information he needed. As far as I'm concerned, Chef Sebastian well surpassed every expectation I ever had. The food was to die for, and to be honest, I think it was probably one of the best meals I've ever had. Any leftovers that he had made, he put into containers and stored them in our fridge. Also, I absolutely appreciated the fact that our kitchen area was clean after he left! Cool person, amazing food, amazing service. If I could give a 6 out of 5 star rating, I would!

Seb & Flor were punctual, polite, hard working and truly talented chefs. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants a very special one-of-a-kind meal. They care about presentation without sacrificing taste. They are extremely professional and discreet if you are a high-profile client.

He was amazing. He even helped set the mood of the dinner by setting candles and bringing his own flowers. It was Valentine’s Day so I wanted to surprise my wife. He helped make the surprise happen and my wife said it was the best valentines gift she’d ever gotten. Highly recommend Sebastian
