Cooking is my way of expressing art.

I'm a professional chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry. Eighteen of those years have been in restaurants with fifteen years in fine dining, and the past 6 years working with Michelin rated chefs. I attended Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, North Carolina where I received an Associates in Applied Science for Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management. I am also the chef and owner of e le ade Test Kitchen, a fine dining restaurant pop-up specializing in Afro Diasporic cuisines.
