As a professional chef for many years. I have designed, produced and presented a wide variety of fresh, exciting dining experiences for an informed clientele in New York and the Hamptons. Experienced in low-fat and custom-designed dietary meals. Complete rapport and access to freelance staff to compliment any size event. From elegant to casual dining for a few guests to large location events. I have the organizational abilities to accomplish excellent results.
