Food means family to me, the table should offer solace as well as sustenance. Learning to cook by my Father’s side growing up here on the West Coast I was inspired by the confluence of Asian and All-American cuisines. Where the memories of youth meet newly found culinary techniques is my playground.

Chef Tien was an amazing person, so talented and each and everyone line up for a second plate. His team and himself was super kind and understanding and truly gave a valuable and memorable dinner experience. I would definitely with no doubt work again with him for another special events!

Chef Tran was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly easy to work with, helped plan all the details ahead of our dinner and created an experience and meal all 24 of our guests loved. I would work with Chef again.

Chef Tien was wonderful. He was very helpful when deciding on a menu and we were very pleased with the taco meal he prepared for our group of 14. He was very professional and made our dining experience a fun and memorable one! We would recommend Chef Tien for your next meal.

Chef Tien and his assistant were wonderful! We hired him to cook for a group of 7 people and we loved the experience from start to finish! He was on time and very friendly, chatting enough with us to engage, but giving us space to do our own thing. All the food was delicious, he was able to easily accomodate vegetarian dietary restrictions. They did everything from setting the table to cleaning everything afterwards, including sweeping and mopping the floor. I would hire Tien again and recommend him to anyone looking for a wonderful meal!

Our experience with Tien was phenomenal - he came to our airbnb to cook us dinner the day of our engagement. Coming back to the house after such an eventful day with the most beautiful dinner prepared for us simply heaven. He gave us the gift of spending quality time together without having to worry about prep, cooking or clean up. The food was out of this world and no details were spared. We talked about it the whole weekend!! We were so grateful there were leftovers for us to enjoy for the reminder of the weekend! We hope to have Tien back again!!

Chef Tien was amazing! He was so nice, polite and he left our kitchen cleaner than when he came. The food was incredible! He will totally work with any allergies/preferences and is happy to discuss the menu further until it’s exactly what you’re wanting. He made us a 6 course meal and there truly was not a weak link. You will not be disappointed if you book him!

Tien was such a pleasure to work with. He was a fun guy and folks from the group I was entertaining really enjoyed interacting with him as he prepared the meal. Tien was great with communication leading up to the event. He was early to the house and was always smiling. My customer was so impressed. We had an absolute blast and not having to lift a finger was a big deal, as the customer was able to have fun, relax, and enjoy the house they had.

Chef Tien was fantastic! He provided a great menu with perfect sized portions. Everything went together perfectly, with complimentary flavors. He also has a great secret marinade for Tri-Tip. Very personable, handled all stages of meal expertly, including cleanup. Highly recommend!
