Dynamic, energetic Private Chef with over 2 decades in producing events, and creating a global taste with luxury brands and high end clientele.
I have been part of the culinary world since the age of 15, when I began working alongside now Michelin-starred Chef Wolfgang Puck. Over the past 20 years, I have continued to collaborate with him on select projects, gaining invaluable experience in precision, consistency, and high-level execution.
Throughout my career, I have also had the opportunity to work with other world-renowned Michelin-starred chefs, including Heston Blumenthal in both the United Kingdom and Australia for an Amazon production, as well as Massimo Bottura at Gucci Osteria. These experiences allowed me to refine my technical skills, expand my creative perspective, and deepen my understanding of contemporary fine dining at an international level.
My culinary approach is shaped by this diverse background, combining discipline, innovation, and a strong respect for ingredients to create thoughtful and memorable dining experiences.
