I am from Nepal and currently living in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. I love to prefect my crafts; and I believe that food can really talk with us. I started my food journey when I was at 18 year old-working as an apprentice at Fairmont, United Arab Emirates. Since, then I felt the passion of mine towards foods and satisfaction that gave to me when the peoples love the meals which I had cooked for them-that things drove me to learn various cuisine, techniques and skills to perfect my craft and to give spectacular memories to peoples.
