My journey began at 18 as an apprentice at the Fairmont in the United Arab Emirates, where I first discovered the profound joy of creating meals that resonate deeply with people. The delight in a guest’s eyes as they savor a dish became my driving force, inspiring me to pursue mastery in the art of cooking.
