I am Chef KC Suen, a private chef with a passion for contemporary European gastronomy, French culinary craftsmanship and the art of personalised fine dining.

Drawing inspiration from classical European traditions, contemporary Nordic aesthetics and the precision of Japanese cuisine, I create distinctive tasting menus that balance bold, expressive flavours with elegance, refinement and thoughtful presentation.
