My name is Krishna Patel, Executive Chef and founder of Vénerie Private Dining.
Vénerie is a full-service private dining company focused on food, service, and complete in-home dining experiences. We create private dinners, tasting menus, family-style meals, and events where the planning, cooking, service, and cleanup are handled from start to finish.
For me, everything begins with the food. Each menu is built around technique, seasonality, balance, and the best ingredients available. I care about seasoning, pacing, temperature, texture, and how each course fits into the meal. A private dinner should feel considered from the first course to the end of the evening.
My team and I bring the standards of fine dining into private homes. The experience is shaped around the client, the guests, the space, and the occasion. Whether it is a dinner for two, a birthday, an anniversary, a family gathering, or a larger event, the goal is to create a meal that feels personal and well-run.
Service matters as much as the cooking. From the first menu conversation to the final cleanup, we handle the details so the host can enjoy the evening. We can also provide bartending and sommelier services, allowing the food, wine, cocktails, and service to work together as one complete experience.
What matters most to me is that guests feel taken care of. The food should be well-seasoned, the service should be steady, and the evening should run smoothly. By the end of the night, the kitchen is reset, the guests are cared for, and the host knows every part of the experience was handled properly.
