I am professional chef from the Caribbean living and working in Downtown, Toronto with over 15 years of experience in fine dining and gastronomy.

Specializing in Spanish, French and Caribbean cuisine among others.

Artfully blending time-honoured techniques with modern innovation, infusing every dish with the vibrant flavours of my Caribbean heritage.
