I am an Argentinian Chef, with deep knowledge about the fires. I love to make ASADOS, all kind of meets on the grill, vegetables, pizzas and desserts. The ASADO, isn't just to eat, it's a ritual, it's to share a glass of wine ( or two) , an opportunity to feel the warmth of the flames, and of course to enjoy the whole process!!!
