Growing up within one of the country’s most prestigious dining legacies, I developed an instinctive mastery of high-end seafood and premium proteins from a young age. While my foundation was built on traditional secrets passed down by my grandmother, my craft has been refined over 8 years of professional experience, including the last 4 years serving private clients and top-tier restaurants in Vancouver. I bridge the gap between the bold, rhythmic flavours of my family’s roots and the clean, seasonal elegance of the West Coast.
