Hi, I’m Necole!
Cooking Jamaican food with a twist has always been my passion, and I love sharing the bold, vibrant flavours of the Caribbean with others. Back when I ran my food business, Wings n Tings, I became known for my jerk chicken wings in unique flavours like maple syrup jerk and honey jerk, as well as handmade Jamaican patties and fresh salads. I’ve also hosted private dinner parties where I bring the warmth of the islands to every table. Whether it’s a classic dish or something with a creative spin, my cooking is all about celebrating Caribbean culture and making people happy through food.
